Four plans from GYD 33M to GYD 65M, about US$165,000 to US$325,000. Drawings, permits and the exterior lighting package are included in the price. Limited annual capacity. Application required.
Every price covers the house, the drawings, the CH&PA permits and the exterior lighting package. Land is yours. Site works are quoted after the site assessment, because no honest builder fixes that number before walking your lot. Yard packages covering the fence, gate, driveway and bridge over the drain start at GYD 11M, about US$55,000.

Single-storey bungalow homes at 1,000 and 1,400 sq ft. Two plans, one fixed price each, drawings, permits and exterior lighting included.
This series does not include custom layouts or structural changes.
Two storey, from GYD 54.5M (US$272,500). LANDING is 1,800 sq ft with three bedrooms upstairs and an office downstairs, in a traditional or modern elevation. CANOPY is 2,200 sq ft with four bedrooms, one of them a ground floor suite with its own bathroom, at GYD 65M (US$325,000).
Signature Series homes are not fully custom and follow controlled personalization rules.
Pristine Ridge Homes is built by BackHome Developments, which handles fully custom homes from GYD 60M, about US$300,000. Same team, same site standards, different product.
